BEHIND THE NAME
Zu1u : Is the short Rap/alternative to his first name Ndumezu1u; this was his my way of embracing the unique name his father gave him, and also keeping his essence.
Universe
Its a belief in the energy/power of the universe and how everything and everyone is interconnected. “I believe that the Universe, God or Love is are interchangeable terms that means Energy and this energy connects us all.” This energy were all are aware of regardless of our religious belief.
WHAT I AM, WHO I BE
Zu1u is an artist that keeps his family and larger community at close to his heart; he looks forward in empowering the community through music and charitable events.
He has always written music that’s aimed at inspired and uplift the youth; he also performs at pro-bono events in the *INK Town where he connects and create opportunities for young up and coming artists through collaborations and sharing insight on the music business.
I am drawn to making music the same way any person in a position of service is drawn to help others
I want to keep making music that connects us and helps people see value in themselves
The PLAN: Mission and Vision:
